Shunt Mules
The RRM Series
The excellent driving position on these shunts makes tracking and de-tracking a very safe and painless procedure. Safety is a high priority; therefore, the NITEQ RRM’s are equipped with several safety features around the vehicles.
The RRM’s can be operated manually or with a portable remote control unit. Available options include: a roof, work lights, four-wheel steering, ramping, dual drive, and different height adjustable couplers on both front and rear ends.
The RRM can be equipped with an interlock system for safe operation combined with other facilities such as an Underfloor Wheel Lathe or Lifting Jacks.
The Compact Series
As with the RRM, safety is a high priority on the Compact series; therefore, the NITEQ compact is equipped with the same safety features all around the vehicle.
The compact series can be operated manually or with a portable remote control unit. Available options are: work lights, dual drive and different
types of height adjustable couplers on both front and rear ends.
As with the RRM, the compact can be equipped with an interlock system for safe operation combined with other facilities such as an Underfloor Wheel Lathe or Lifting Jacks.
The E-Series
Designed to interlock with other equipment, this locomotive can be operated manually or from a remote control unit.
Available options include; different versions of cabin, compressor and hydraulic units. But the most important benefit is the wide variety of available coupler adapters and towing points.
The H-Series
